Why should I hire an immigration attorney?
The fact is immigration law is complicated and ever-changing. It is not easy for the average individual to keep-up with the constant transformation of US immigration. In addition, there are increasing numbers of unlicensed professionals providing inaccurate immigration advise and filing incorrect applications resulting in serious consequences to a foreign national's legal status in the United States.

A good immigration attorney does research, understands the complexities of an US immigration law and remains on the forefront of new changes/updates in the system. In addition, he or she will present clients with a realistic assessment of their individual immigration matters while addressing their concerns and questions. Most immigration attorneys are in good-standing with their state bars and are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. See "Why Hire Greene & Associates?"
